How the gym changed my life story

I was a scared, insecure, shy, skinny boy whose struggled with confidence!!

During high school I was never true to myself.

I was scared of other people’s thoughts & opinions in high school if they knew the true me.

I didn’t know how to Read, Write or speak proper sentences.

It was embarrassing , to let people see that I was the “dumb kid ” when I would read in the class

I was scared

So I stood quiet and never said a word in class, never raised up my hand to answer questions or ask for help even if I really really needed it

because I was scared of people knowing the truth.

During this time in high school, I started hitting the gym. Everyday I was always pumped for the gainz.

The gym was my safe spot, where I was mentally and physically building a better me.

4 years after high school, I started seeing CRAZY RESULTS from training as a vegan

I went from 59kg – 70kgs in 13 months.

And it gave me confidence to speak up for myself & be my true self, taught me how to tackle in life, how to face my fears & insecurities & showed me that anything is possible.
