Affirmations are words or phrases that are repeated over and over to affirm thoughts about our reality. These affirmations help activate the subconscious mind and inspire action. It is often said that if you repeat a lie often enough, it eventually becomes the truth. But what you tell yourself is not a lie, but rather a projection of your future self.

Throughout our lives, we think and say the same things to ourselves over and over again. Through these constant repetitions, these thoughts and beliefs form our reality. By focusing on negativity, we develop fears about various problems, such as money, illness, our body, and relationships. But because we have created these fears ourselves, we are also able to change them again.

This can be done by affirming positive statements in the present tense. So if you want to be happier, your affirmation should be: "I am happy." I will be happy, but this is not very effective because it basically says that this will happen in the future, and we want to change our current reality. I am not unhappy, g is also incorrect. Although using the present tense is fine in this affirmation. The word "belong" is not used in an affirmative sentence. If you were to use this statement as an affirmation, your mind would only focus on the word "not," as in "I am not happy."

When we are convinced that we can modify our reality through affirmations, this will happen. Doubt is the only obstacle to creating reality, so doubt must be removed. Affirmations can be repeated at any time, for example while waiting in line at the supermarket checkout, in the car, just waking up, taking a shower, or brushing your teeth.

Affirmations are most powerful when repeated during meditation. Below is an affirmation meditation:

Put yourself in a meditative state, but then, instead of letting your mind wander, take a few deep breaths and say, "I’m happy; breathe in and out; I’m healthy; breathe in; I’m loved." You can affirm whatever it is that you wish for and trust that it will come true.
